Digital Recording Studio for demos, radio spots, programs, complete albums.

One of the things so many of our clients comment on is that our studio is peaceful. Lot’s of folks who come to record have been in other big city studios and found that the stress and tension that kept them from doing their best at other studios does not exist here!  

As the foundation was laid and the frame was erected, we prayed that our studio would be a place where God’s peace would reign. We prayed that it would be used for Gods purpose and for His glory and never for the advancement of worldly desires. God has been answering that prayer.

For recording, we use ProTools, thought by many to be the best recording software available. This software gives us the ability to record virtually unlimited tracks and perform microscopic editing if needed. Our arsenal of effects includes lush digital reverbs, compressors, delays, amp emulators, pitch correction and much more. All of the work done at Front Porch Productions Studio can be brought to virtually any other studio in Nashville or NY or Hollywood. Not that you have to do that. We can record, produce and master your project right here if you like.

We have some very nice instruments which can be utilized including several very nice keyboards, Taylor, Martin and Guild Acoustic guitars and a decent sounding set of Pearl drums. Talented studio musicians and back up vocalists are also available. We can write jingles or help you compose voice-overs and complete original dramatic presentations, like Christmas or Easter programs.

Studio sessions are available Monday Through Saturday. We keep our rates low so that almost anyone can afford to put a project together. The rate for the studio covers the use of the facility and one engineer. We pray before accepting any project, and also about what we should charge. Typically our rates are far less per hour than the hourly rate you’d pay to have a new muffler installed on your car. For small projects, or for projects which are done incrementally, we charge an hourly rate. For larger products we work with our clients on a project basis, in which we charge a flat fee based on the number of production days needed for the project.The cost for our production services is based on the total number of days required for the production. Production days usually include about 8 or 9 hours of studio time, the full service of our facility, production, and engineering. Working on a project basis instead of an hourly rate encourages a relaxed, creative atmosphere in which your recording can achieve its full potential.
